Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Monthly Recurring Donations

Donors who have opted for our **Monthly Recurring Support Program** can cancel their recurring donation plans at any time. There is no lock-in period or cancellation fee.

To stop a monthly subscription:

• Log in to your Razorpay/payment wallet dashboard to cancel directly.
• Or email us at **support@helpbank.in** with your subscription details at least **3 business days** before the next scheduled payment date.

2. Cancellation of Beneficiary Requests

Beneficiaries who have submitted an application for grants, toolkits, or rehabilitation can cancel their request at any point before direct funding mobilization starts. Once raw materials (like solar pumps or sewing machines) are ordered, the application cannot be cancelled.

3. Corporate CSR Sponsorship Cancellation

Corporate partnerships and milestone-linked CSR funds are governed by individual Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) covenants. Cancellation, refunds, and adjustments of those contracts must follow the terms defined in the corporate MoU document.

4. Volunteer Registration Cancellation

If you have registered as a field volunteer for help camps, you can cancel or reschedule your participation through the volunteer portal or by notifying the local block coordinator.
