Child Protection Policy
Mahandana Social Welfare Foundation
1. Core Commitment
Mahandana Social Welfare Foundation is committed to securing the rights, safety, and dignity of child beneficiaries. Through our Education & Skill Development and Poor Family Rehabilitation programs, we enforce zero-tolerance rules against child exploitation, physical abuse, or neglect.
2. Media & Photography Rules
We prioritize children\'s privacy when showcasing success stories or educational campaigns:
- Consent: Written or thumb-print consent from parents or legal guardians is required before taking photos or sharing stories.
- Anonymity: We change child names or blur faces in public reports when requested by local coordinators or families.
- Dignity: Photos showing children in distressed, inappropriate, or undignified conditions are strictly prohibited.
3. Field Volunteer Audits
All HelpBank block managers, field volunteers, and study center tutors undergo mandatory background screening checks. We strictly restrict unaccompanied adults from visiting children in study centers without the presence of parent committees or government school teachers.
4. Reporting Violations
If you observe any volunteer, trustee, or partner breaching child safety rules or exploiting resources, please email our Child Safeguarding Lead at **support@helpbank.in** immediately. All complaints are treated with absolute confidentiality.
