1. Zero Commission Allocation
HelpBank operates on a **100% Direct Allocation Guarantee**. We do not deduct any platform fees, commission rates, or advisory percentages from donor contributions. 100% of your funds (excluding minor third-party banking/credit card processing fees) go directly to purchasing raw materials, toolkits, solar pumps, or paying hospital medical bills.
2. How Admin Costs Are Funded
The platform maintenance, server bills, office rentals, and field volunteer salaries of Mahandana Social Welfare Foundation are funded separately by:
- Direct seed grants from our Founder Directors.
- Interest earned on corpus funds.
- Specific corporate capacity-building CSR budget allocations.
3. Continuous Progress Updates
We provide digital progress updates to all campaign sponsors. Upon completion of a program (e.g. installation of a solar borewell), a volunteer posts pictures, receipt copies, and GPS location coordinates directly to the sponsor\'s registered profile or email.
4. Annual Financial Auditing
Our books are audited annually by registered independent Chartered Accountants (CAs). The audit report, IT Return logs, and balance sheets are submitted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and published openly on our CSR portal.
