Welfare Lifecycle

How HelpBank Works

Our systematic, transparent 5-step framework ensures that every donation and CSR fund reaches verified distressed families, leading to permanent social rehabilitation.

01

Submit Request

Beneficiaries (individuals, women micro-entrepreneurs, farmers, startups) submit their assistance request online or at one of our local Mahandana Social Centres.

  • Fill details regarding household income, family size, and occupation.
  • Upload required identity proofs, cost quotes, or medical bills.
  • No registration fee required.
02

Verification Process

HelpBank block validation officers verify all details on-site. We directly contact hospitals, local village bodies, or credit offices to certify documents.

  • Validate bank accounts and KYC credentials.
  • Ensure the cost estimate matches market wholesale rates.
  • Eliminate any fraudulent applications.
03

Program Matching

Once verified, the request is cataloged under one of our 10 Core Welfare Programs based on target needs (e.g., matching a widow with the Women Empowerment Program).

  • Determine if the beneficiary requires grants, equipment, or skill training.
  • Match with corporate CSR targets and general donations.
  • Allocate a dedicated case counselor.
04

Funding Mobilization

We launch a crowd campaign on the platform or allocate funding directly from our pool of general donations and corporate CSR grants.

  • Donors can track progress and contribute directly in real-time.
  • 100% of contribution reaches the vendor or hospital (direct disbursement).
  • Tax benefit (80G) certificates generated dynamically.
05

Rehabilitation & Mentorship

We do not just disburse funds; we monitor recovery. We distribute equipment toolkits, organic farming manure, or startup workspace access alongside active counseling.

  • 12 months of free business marketing, crop planning, or budget mentorship.
  • Regular home visits to audit equipment usage and progress.
  • Share impact updates and before/after metrics with sponsors.
