1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HelpBank donation platform (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Campaign Credibility

While HelpBank takes rigorous steps to verify campaign documentation (such as medical reports and hospital bills), donors understand that all contributions are made at their own discretion. HelpBank does not guarantee that every campaign will succeed or achieve its fundraising target.

3. Donation Processing & Fees

All donations processed through the platform are routed through our secure payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Donors understand that standard third-party processing fees (typically 1.5% - 2%) are charged directly by the gateway and subtracted from the gross donation before disbursement to beneficiaries. HelpBank itself charges 0% platform fees.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the emergency nature of crowdfunding disbursements, donations are disbursed immediately to hospital or beneficiary accounts. Consequently, refunds cannot be processed once the donation has been transferred to the beneficiary. For queries regarding pending payments, contact support@helpbank.in.
