2. Sharing Options and Anonymity
If you check the “Make my donation anonymous” option during checkout, we hide your name from the public list of recent donors on the campaign page. However, your data is still collected in our secure backend logs for compliance, receipt emailing, and tax reporting.
3. Payment Security
We prioritize the safety of your financial data. All card details and banking requests are handled directly by Razorpay (our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway). HelpBank does not store or process card numbers, banking credentials, or CVVs on its servers.
