Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery of Receipts

All donation receipts and 80G tax exemption certificates are **delivered digitally via email** instantly upon transaction clearance. You will receive an automated confirmation email containing a downloadable PDF receipt link at your registered email address.

2. Physical Donor Kits & Certificates

For major corporate sponsors, CSR partners, or select monthly program sponsors, Mahandana Social Welfare Foundation ships physical "Impact Kits" (which include framed appreciation certificates, printed annual review books, and program brochures).

These physical kits are processed and handed over to local courier services within **10 working days** of payment.

3. Shipping Timelines & Tracking

Once dispatched, courier packages take:

• Metro Cities (e.g. Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi): 3 to 5 working days.
• Other locations in India: 5 to 7 working days.

A tracking link (Speed Post or BlueDart) will be emailed to your contact address once the package leaves our Bengaluru corporate office.

4. Shipping Charges

All shipping costs for donor appreciation kits, framed certificates, or compliance booklets are **borne entirely by the Mahandana Social Welfare Foundation**. No shipping or convenience delivery fees are charged to the donor.
